Senior Associate – Saviynt, Cyber Defense & Engineering, Advisory

Overview

Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions as an IGA Developer. The role involves configuring and extending IGA platforms while working with business and technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
• Lead architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, and certifications.
• Configure AD, LDAP, database, and REST-based application connectors.
• Implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows and automated provisioning.
• Configure access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties rules.
• Develop integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, and APIs.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, estimate effort, and maintain technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 4 years of experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on IGA implementation experience.
• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
• Skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST and SOAP APIs, and JSON.
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Nice to have

• Strong AD and LDAP integration knowledge.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Client-facing presentation experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
