What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes.
• Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones to support regional hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure accuracy, visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring healthcare roles.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Track offer acceptance, joining status, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
• Maintain candidate records accurately in the ATS.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial service recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience handling volume hiring.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment.
