Senior Automation Solution Developer - CP&O

Overview

Develop and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enhance business performance across the organization. Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams on enterprise-wide automation and digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build and enhance workflows that improve operational efficiency, process consistency, and user experience.
• Automate business processes across SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop reporting, dashboarding, and data-processing solutions that support informed business decisions.
• Integrate systems and applications using APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and automation activities to improve data quality and business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing tools and automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes as part of digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, scripting, data processing, and business process optimization.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, ETL processes, and reporting technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Finance, ERP, or business process automation projects.
