Overview
Design, build, maintain, and support enterprise integrations connecting cloud and on-premises applications. The role also provides structured Tier 1 support for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy integration solutions using Boomi, Workato, AWS, APIs, and webhooks.
- Build APIs, data transformations, workflows, and transaction processes across enterprise platforms.
- Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, monitoring, and post-release checks.
- Troubleshoot production integrations, diagnose root causes, and optimize performance.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation while participating in incident and problem management.
- Provide Tier 1 support for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Enable analytics, AI, automation, adoption, and process-improvement initiatives through trusted data.
What you'll need
- 5+ years designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi and Workato.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, XML, JSON, authentication, mapping, and transformation.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Groovy, or another programming or scripting language.
- Experience integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian applications, and AWS-based applications.
- Experience troubleshooting complex data, workflow, performance, or connectivity issues.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI technologies, analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or integration-health metrics.
- Boomi, Workato, AWS, Atlassian, or ITIL certification.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, source control, automated testing, observability, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with change management, process improvement, adoption, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, security controls, responsible AI, or regulated data.

- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Hybrid work model with onsite work at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance.
- Primarily supports US East Coast business hours, typically requiring evening or night shifts in India.
