Senior CloudOps Infrastructure Administrator

Overview

Senior Cloud Operations Infrastructure Administrator role focused on managing and improving public cloud workloads across the company.

What you'll do

• Implement and oversee infrastructure, system, and application projects.
• Investigate and resolve complex production-level issues with internal and external clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert in designated areas and tools.
• Design processes, improvements, and automation.
• Optimize domain-specific systems with a focus on uptime and availability.
• Track and monitor cloud environment metrics and recommend best practices.
• Participate in rotating team on-call support for production systems.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure administration, systems engineering, or related production support.
• Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure public cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, systems engineering, and production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Experience with process design, standardization, and automation in cloud operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize for uptime and availability.
• Experience with security practices in public cloud operations and scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell.
