Cloud Operations Infrastructure Administrator

Overview

Cloud Operations Infrastructure Administrator role supporting and improving cloud infrastructure and production operations. This is a hands-on position focused on reliability, performance, and scalability across public cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Support infrastructure and application projects across Cloud Operations environments.
• Monitor system health and performance to identify operational issues early.
• Apply infrastructure, system, database, and application changes using established processes.
• Implement and contribute to infrastructure/system/application projects and ongoing improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in production on-call support.
• Track cloud environment metrics and support automation/process improvements.

What you'll need

• 1–4 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure administration, systems engineering, or related production support.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure public cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and production operations.
• Experience following operational processes for system changes, incident response, and production support.
• Experience creating automation, scripts, and new processes in an infrastructure environment.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and willingness to keep learning in cloud operations.
