Senior Consultant

Overview

Senior Consultant responsible for delivering customer implementation and knowledge transfer for Amtech enterprise software solutions.

What you'll do

• Support and execute customer implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, and end-user training.
• Analyze and interpret customer business requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Deliver ERP and industry-specific knowledge transfer to support adoption and long-term value realization.
• Contribute to standardized training materials, implementation documentation, and delivery assets.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations and proposals for complex engagements and presales as needed.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate issues, collaborating to resolve matters and meet project milestones.
• Provide peer-level mentoring and knowledge sharing within the Implementation Services team.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or supporting ERP software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Packaging, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing presentations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple customer engagements.
• Comfort communicating with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to executive leadership.

Details

• Location: India.
• Travel: up to 50% to support customer implementations, training, and onsite project needs.
