Senior Customer Care Advisor

Overview

Senior Customer Care Advisor for Circle’s global Customer Experience organization, supporting customers worldwide and resolving complex issues.

What you'll do

• Resolve complex customer issues escalated through support channels within defined service levels.
• Investigate and resolve technical and operational challenges in coordination with internal teams.
• Develop expertise in Circle products, APIs, and the USDC ecosystem to troubleshoot customer problems.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the support lifecycle, including incident and customer-impact updates.
• Improve support processes, documentation, and cross-training to increase consistency and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling, automation, and workflows to scale global support.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in global customer support or customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize and resolve issues independently.
• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams.
• Availability for on-call rotations and weekend/holiday coverage.

• Location: Bangalore, remote first in India.
• Based in the Bangalore office; requires working from the office regularly.
