Senior Customer Success Architect - Singapore

Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Architect, you act as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to complex, high-value Enterprise and Government customers in Singapore, driving adoption and long-term DevSecOps outcomes after the sale.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise and Government accounts and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into Customer Success Plans with measurable outcomes and remediation actions.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on adoption, retention, and expansion impact with clear accountability.
• Guide enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture and DevSecOps maturity, including platform consolidation strategy and trade-off advising.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of critical cross-functional account escalations, including root cause analysis and executive communication.
• Design and deliver technical enablement programs to close portfolio-wide maturity gaps.
• Advise on cloud/platform architecture decisions for regulated environments, including multi-region strategy, secrets management, and network/security topology.

What you'll need

• Must be a Singapore Citizen and based in Singapore.
• Must have mandatory English language proficiency.
• Hands-on experience building or owning CI/CD pipelines end to end, including pipeline as code and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated deep hands-on expertise in DevSecOps practices, including shift-left security and integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning.
• Expert-level understanding of Git, merge request workflows, and delivery lifecycles, including branching strategies such as trunk-based development and GitFlow.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, GitOps, and cloud/on-premise environments supporting GitLab deployments, including networking, IAM, and secrets management.
• Demonstrated ability to turn business requirements into actionable success plans with measurable executive-level outcomes.
