Senior Customer Success Engineer - Data & AI Security

Overview

Serve as the primary technical owner for long-term customer outcomes across the Securiti Data Command Center platform. Lead onboarding, adoption, optimization, and technical initiatives supporting renewals and expansion.

What you'll do

• Set up customer accounts and facilitate onboarding.
• Analyze platform usage and customer environments to identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct assessments and recommend DSPM, privacy, data security, and AI governance solutions.
• Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews.
• Monitor churn signals and define mitigation plans with renewal insights.
• Build business cases and define value realization for expansion opportunities.
• Engage executive stakeholders on risk, status, opportunities, and roadmap alignment.

What you'll need

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience conducting technical assessments and driving adoption programs.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
• Executive stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DSPM, privacy, or AI governance platforms.
• AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or similar certification.

• Remote role in the United States.
• Compensation ranges from $131,900 to $337,700 USD depending on geographic zone.
