Overview

Senior Director responsible for advising CIOs and technology leaders on infrastructure and operations strategy, enterprise platforms, vendors, technologies, and emerging market trends.

What you'll do

• Advise CIOs and Heads of Infrastructure and Operations on services, platforms, performance, and modernization.
• Research infrastructure technologies, markets, emerging trends, and future risks.
• Evaluate I&O vendors and solutions for client needs.
• Develop actionable research, including Magic Quadrants and thought leadership.
• Present research to executives through meetings, workshops, webinars, and events.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across research teams.
• Support sales teams with market insights and client engagement.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience as a CIO or Head of Infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing I&O strategy, operating IT services, optimizing IT service management, or automating operations.
• Knowledge of platform engineering, DevOps, AI infrastructure, geopatriation, and cloud.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multicultural global team.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Travel required up to 25% where applicable.
• Base salary: USD 172,000–202,500 yearly.
