Senior Data Scientist

Overview

Senior Data Scientist role focused on developing production AI and machine learning capabilities, with emphasis on large language models and intelligent product features.

What you'll do

• Create and improve AI solutions.
• Analyze product requirements and develop data-driven features through production launch.
• Use monitoring and feedback to improve deployed systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and developers.
• Build reliable code using software engineering practices and perform code reviews.
• Present work during regular sprint reviews.
• Explore AI opportunities and move prototypes toward production-ready capabilities.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in AI, data science, and machine learning.
• Experience with LLMs, LLM-based APIs, prompting techniques, and agentic systems.
• Experience building complex multipart and multistep LLM and ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python beyond Jupyter notebooks.
• Experience developing AI solutions for production use.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong statistical, machine learning, communication, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation systems, ranking, entity matching, process mining, personalization, or risk estimation.
• Experience creating foundational AI systems used across products.
• Experience with classical software development and architecture.
