Senior Designer (Consumer Packaging)

Overview

Senior Designer (Consumer Packaging) to lead exploration and development of strategically driven consumer packaging concepts within Landor’s Global Design studio.

What you'll do

• Lead exploration and development of packaging concepts aligned to consumer relevance and brand growth.
• Collaborate with Design Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver packaging solutions.
• Evaluate and refine concepts while integrating brand strategy, consumer insights, and design elements into cohesive systems.
• Present and articulate design rationale to internal teams and clients across branding and packaging touchpoints.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain standards and consistency across projects.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience delivering consumer packaging and brand identity projects in a branding/design/packaging agency.
• Strong understanding of FMCG and retail categories.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to develop packaging concepts and execute designs from ideation through production.
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.
• Strategic, solutions-driven mindset with interest in consumer behavior and emerging packaging trends.
