Senior Developer Advocate (Auth0) empowers developers to better secure their applications using Auth0, through advocacy, technical education, and community engagement.
What you'll do
- Serve as the face of Auth0 to developers worldwide, with a special focus on startups.
- Inspire, educate, and empower developers to secure applications using Auth0.
- Lead public speaking at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and labs.
- Build and nurture relationships with influential developers and customers.
- Advocate for developers’ needs and pain points within the Auth0 Product unit.
- Collaborate with Product and Architecture by reviewing early documentation, SDKs, and product capabilities.
- Bring developer insights and feedback back to inform product development and improvements to documentation, APIs, SDKs, and features.
What you'll need
- Technical background or good understanding of application development and IT operations.
- Familiarity with identity and authentication management software, credentialing, and cybersecurity concepts (a plus).
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or implementing software tools and products.
- Ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple communications.
- Ability to work as an independent contributor and collaborate with teammates and multi-functional teams.
- Experience with developer advocacy-related roles is desired.
