What you'll do
- Explore how AI coding assistants and rapid prototyping tools change software workflows.
- Guide teams on balancing rapid prototyping with engineering practices for performance, code health, and reliability.
- Create peer-to-peer technical content to build in public.
- Run a feedback loop between developer communities and internal teams to inform product insights and roadmap.
- Design and ship open-source boilerplate templates, quickstarts, and tools for integrating observability.
- Support integration across AI-native workflows, next-gen platforms, and cloud providers.
What you'll need
- Approximately 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Shipped applications from scratch or worked in an early-stage startup environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Regularly uses AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping tools in day-to-day development.
- Comfortable writing and debugging across multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).
- Experience with deployment paradigms across next-gen platforms and traditional cloud ecosystems.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in technical storytelling and community engagement.
- Publicly available portfolio of peer-to-peer artifacts (e.g., GitHub, blogs, video walkthroughs, public speaking).
