Senior Developer, AI - HR Technology

Overview

Senior Developer, AI for HR Technology to develop and deploy full-stack AI applications focused on HR use cases.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks for HR use cases.
• Build agentic workflows and orchestration layers connecting HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to enable connectivity across HR technologies.
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows with observability and debugging tools for LLM applications.
• Build backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and React for AI-enabled applications.
• Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias; support tuning and production issue troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM platforms including IBM watsonx.
• Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent memory, and MCP (model context protocol).
• Proficiency building secure REST and SOAP APIs and integration work with OAuth and authentication.
• HR domain knowledge and experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations (Workday, ServiceNow, LMS, etc.).
