Senior Developer (.net , Windows )

Overview

Senior Developer (Windows) on the Agent Client team, delivering the endpoint Windows software and internal tools used by the security services team to keep customers safe and informed.

What you'll do

• Mentor new and junior team members.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system; document and maintain software functionality.
• Execute assigned and self-generated work.
• Seek and receive mentoring.
• Understand the product and how Security Services delivers the service.
• Assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem solving techniques to identify cause.
• Resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach.
• Work on problems of diverse scope, devise solutions based on limited information and precedent by adapting existing approaches.
• Use evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action, working independently with review at critical points.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of specialization, principles and practices within your professional discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development practices, and mastery over writing and debugging code.
• Experience in one or more of the following or similar technologies: .Net, C++, Go, AWS, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Rust.
• Ability to complete solutions with little or no guidance and work independently on larger, more impactful features.
• Experience working closely in a global team of professionals with different cultures and backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Windows kernel-mode development.
• AI-based tooling for endpoint management.
