Senior Developer SAP ABAP HCM

Overview

Senior SAP ABAP HCM Developer to design, develop, and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP solutions, including payroll and HR module development.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Work on SAP HR Infotypes and modules including PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solution designs.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and support testing, deployment, and production support activities.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and ABAP development.
• Experience with SAP HCM HR ABAP development, including payroll processes.
• Experience developing custom enhancements, interfaces, and SAP HCM module development.
• Experience working extensively on HR Infotypes and Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll modules.
• Experience with ABAP development artifacts such as reports, interfaces, conversion programs, exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Ability to perform unit testing and integration testing, plus troubleshooting and resolving defects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or significant relevant experience (computer science/engineering/information systems preferred).
