Senior Director, CTO/CIO Healthcare West is a technical executive role serving as Zscaler's technical executive sponsor with the largest healthcare providers, supporting the Healthcare Go-to-Market team in a customer-facing capacity.

What you'll do

• Serve as Zscaler's technical executive sponsor with the largest healthcare providers and make technology decisions on behalf of the organization
• Provide technical leadership and serve a necessary role within the Healthcare GTM team in a customer-facing capacity
• Oversee all technology and technological resources and establish the technology vision, strategies, and growth plans
• Support a growth strategy by expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new logos, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating partner relationships
• Conduct research to remain up-to-date on industry trends and the latest technologies in anticipation of new and system alterations
• Analyze and improve technology standards across the organization

What you'll need

• 10 years of experience in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in technology improvement and development within healthcare
• 5 years of experience as a Healthcare Provider CISO/CTO
• BS or BA degree required
• Expert in supporting GTM teams within the healthcare provider community
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

Nice to have

• Financial acumen, successes leading complex contractual relationships, and excellent understanding of customer behavior
• Expertise delivering customer-centric tools that add value to end-users while anticipating internal operational needs and delivering tools that result in value-added services to the organization
• Effectively leverage LLMs and Generative AI tools to boost productivity and sales effectiveness across research, prospecting, customer prep, and opportunity management

• Base pay range $224,000 – $320,000 USD, excluding commission, bonus, equity (if applicable) and benefits
