Overview

Senior Director of Insurance Demand for Savvy, Gen Digital's P&C insurance marketplace, owning demand partner relationships and growth across clicks, call transfers and data leads.

What you'll do

• Own demand relationships with leading P&C insurance carriers, agencies, lead exchanges and marketplaces.
• Manage demand for clicks, call transfers and data leads, including developing direct demand relationships when advantageous.
• Help strategic demand partners profitably spend more with Savvy.
• Identify new demand opportunities and determine the business case for onboarding them.
• Work with engineering and data teams to scope and onboard new demand partners or products.
• Work with data science teams to improve positioning of inventory to demand partners.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant experience in insurance lead generation, demand partnerships, or business development.
• Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance lead generation industry, including clicks, call transfers, data leads, and the carrier, agency, lead exchange and marketplace landscape.
• Established relationships with the relevant customer acquisition teams at major P&C carriers and lead exchanges.
• Experience working at a major lead exchange or insurance marketplace in the United States.
• Fluency in the commercial arrangements common in insurance lead generation.
• Experience negotiating marquee contracts with major P&C carriers.
• Analytically proficient, able to rigorously business-case potential partners and deal structures.
• Comfortable self-serving basic tasks in analytical tools such as Looker and Tableau.
