Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for software quality assurance, firmware support, and system validation for machine learning inference accelerators across embedded and AI software stacks.

What you'll do

• Develop test strategies and ML test harnesses for AI inference accelerators.
• Build automated test frameworks and Development Integration Testing solutions.
• Validate hardware/software interfaces including PCIe, DMA, memory, and peripheral subsystems.
• Develop firmware support for ML edge and datacenter use cases.
• Perform software quality, regression, release qualification, and system validation testing.
• Integrate and validate open-source AI models and frameworks on accelerator platforms.
• Define workflows with firmware, application software, runtime, compiler, and inference stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of Systems Test Engineering or related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 1+ year with a master's degree.
• Strong Python and Shell scripting skills.
• Experience with C/C++ development, debugging, and testing on embedded platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, and build automation.
• Understanding of SoC architecture, memory hierarchy, interrupts, power management, and multithreaded programming.
• Knowledge of ML inference runtimes, compiler technologies, and AI model deployment workflows.
• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PCIe, LPDDR, ECC, PCIe AER, and RAS.
• Experience with scalable automation frameworks and continuous testing.
• Experience onboarding, validating, and optimizing open-source models such as Llama, DeepSeek, Qwen, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team best-practice development.
