Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer role focused on reliability and resiliency engineering for the Reltio multi-cloud platform.

What you'll do

• Design and implement resilience strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Operationalize chaos engineering and integrate experiments into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate RTO, RPO, SLO, and recovery objectives using metrics.
• Improve resilience across databases, caching, messaging, and authentication services.
• Validate multi-region and cross-cloud failover outcomes.
• Use telemetry and observability to drive continuous validation and production readiness.

What you'll need

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems and microservices.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins preferred).
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and LogDNA.

Nice to have

• Exposure to multi-region architecture.
• Service mesh familiarity.
• Performance testing exposure.
• Security tools like Snyk.
• Good communication skills.
