Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for technical operations, expert support, digital mock-up activities, and product development in an IT environment.

What you'll do

• Translate business customization requirements into technical solutions.
• Support and coordinate the digital mock-up process.
• Manage IT support and resolve complex issues.
• Implement and manage IT service management processes using ServiceNow.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks.
• Participate in product development from concept through deployment.
• Lead project delivery within scope and timeline.

What you'll need

• Strong skills in CATIA, 3Dx, and DMU tools.
• Knowledge of Engineering BOM, CAD drawings, and release processes.
• Experience in information technology support.
• Experience in product development.
• Background in technical operations.
• Ability to define and interpret technical specifications.
• Advanced technical support and troubleshooting skills.
