Senior Engineer - NPI

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for managing new product introductions and implementing new products in production.

What you'll do

• Manage new product introduction projects.
• Act as the customer point of contact and handle on-site customer audits.
• Create project plans and share product-launch visibility with customers.
• Schedule kick-off meetings for on-time product launches.
• Implement new products on production lines.
• Develop product build plans and coordinate production according to manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain build processes, prioritize failures, and work with design teams to resolve issues.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Strong experience in new product introduction.
• Product and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ECO, ECN, and ECR procedures.
