Senior Engineer – Code Quality & Developer Enablement - Assistant Vice President

Overview

Senior Engineer for Code Quality Service and Developer Enablement, supporting developer pipelines (including tools like SonarQube) and enabling secure development practices.

What you'll do

• Operate as an operational SME for a Code Quality Service platform (e.g., SonarQube).
• Support and integrate Developer Pipeline with the Code Quality Service platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage customer expectations.
• Reduce recurring issues using root cause analysis.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure stability and performance.
• Upgrade the product and facilitate migration to a SaaS-based service.
• Adopt AI-enabled technology and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of technical support experience.
• Experience providing technical support for globally distributed and complex service platforms.
• Experience with software deployment on large global infrastructure.
• Good understanding of developer pipeline concepts and Linux shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Code Quality technology (e.g., SonarQube) and at least two years hands-on experience.
• Self-starter with effective listening and communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Experience managing infrastructure-level risk and compliance as per Citi guidelines.
