Overview

Engineer Sr Analyst responsible for engineering activities across hardware, software, and network infrastructure, while supporting quality standards and technology projects.

What you'll do

• Define budgetary requirements for assigned product areas.
• Develop functional specifications and project plans.
• Create software release schedules.
• Identify engineering, application, and system requirements with business and development teams.
• Communicate technology requirements and tasks to stakeholders.
• Provide solutions aligned with audit initiatives and requirements.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services or a large, complex, or global environment.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Analytic and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
