Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for equipment operations, preventive maintenance, engineering reporting, and implementation of HSSE and safety management requirements.

What you'll do

• Monitor equipment operations and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare daily engineering reports, shift schedules, daily tags, and MIS.
• Ensure PPM activities, AMC compliance, and closure of check complaints.
• Attend HSSE, safety committee, and employee consultation meetings.
• Participate in near-miss, incident, accident investigations, and emergency exercises.
• Implement permits, SOPs, risk assessments, and safety procedures across the team.
• Identify unsafe acts and workplace risks, then communicate and address control measures.

What you'll need

• Ensure 100% legal compliance for engineering and safety activities.
• Ensure work follows the DLF Safety Management System.
• Maintain and track OH&S-related documentation.
• Ensure team members complete TBT and required HSSE training.
• Ensure incidents, NMCs, and SOs are reported and addressed promptly.
