Senior Engineer, Service Engineering & Automation (Public Cloud)

Overview

Senior Engineer in Service Engineering & Automation responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining public cloud (AWS/Azure) and hybrid/private cloud solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end deployment and management of public cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Establish and enforce automation standards for enterprise-grade public cloud infrastructure.
• Drive zero-downtime maintenance initiatives and automate remediation for recurring bottlenecks.
• Lead public cloud account takeover and standardization using well-architected frameworks.
• Tune monitoring to reduce alert fatigue and focus operations on actionable signals.
• Provide advanced engineering support and complex troubleshooting for customer and shared platforms.

What you’ll need

• At least 6 years of experience deploying, configuring, and managing virtual and/or cloud infrastructures.
• Track record of architecting, managing, and scaling multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
• Experience leading large-scale data center to public cloud migrations.
• Expert capability managing highly available multi-region architectures with disaster recovery and active-active failover.
• Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-C03) certification.
• Excellent English language skills are required.

• Work timing: standard business hours with rotational on-call for 24/7 support coverage.
