Senior Engineer for GISOCC IS Technology, working in SOC operations and incident response focused on endpoint security, threat detection, and log analysis.

What you'll do

• Ensure confidentiality of information and follow process and documentation.
• Investigate and triage security incidents and threats across the IR lifecycle.
• Monitor endpoints and perform threat detection and remediation using endpoint security tools.
• Investigate triage DLP alerts to identify potential data exfiltration, policy violations, or insider threats.
• Use SIEM and log analysis to conduct event correlation, alert triage, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
• Validate security requirements, perform security analysis, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Perform RCA for security incidents and coordinate with IT, cloud, network, and application teams during incident response.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of CyberSecurity experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in SOC operations, endpoint detection response, incident handling, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with endpoint security tools for monitoring, threat detection, and remediation.
• Proficiency with SIEM platforms for log collection, event correlation, alert triage, and threat hunting.
• Working knowledge of DLP incident handling.
• Ability to script and automate using PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Graduation (BSC/BCA/BE/B.Tech/MSC IT) with no history of arrears.

• Schedule includes willingness to work 24x7 shifts and off-hours on-call.
• Employment: Full time, regular employee status; permanent contract.
