Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer role focused on remote commissioning, validation, integration, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a small group of engineers on remote commissioning projects.
• Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables.
• Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Prepare reports and performance metrics and perform escalation and trend analysis.
• Drive process optimization and standardize best practices; run technical and process training.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS/control system commissioning, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Deep technical understanding of Niagara Framework, control logic, field devices, and building equipment.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and operations.
• Understanding of BMS programming/control logic and third-party system integration (e.g., energy meters, VFD).
• Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus protocols.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).
