Senior Engineer – Integrated Command Center (ICC)

Overview

Senior Engineer for LPL’s Integrated Command Center (ICC), acting as a principal technical authority for enterprise incident response, observability maturity, and operational resilience.

What you'll do

• Lead high-severity, enterprise-impacting incident management as a principal technical authority.
• Drive advanced cross-domain troubleshooting and multi-domain triage across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network layers.
• Establish incident command best practices, escalation models, and responder behaviors.
• Own and evolve the ICC monitoring and observability strategy, including alerting standards and noise reduction.
• Architect and oversee Dynatrace dashboards, service views, and “eyes-on-glass” experiences for critical services.
• Lead advanced diagnostics and RCA to translate incident learnings into preventative engineering and long-term remediation.
• Mentor ICC/NOC/production support engineers to raise troubleshooting rigor and incident response discipline.

What you'll need

• 10-14+ years of progressive experience in Production Services, SRE, ICC/NOC, or large-scale operations engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise incident management and ITSM practices.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Dynatrace (dashboards, alerts, service flows, diagnostics).
• Strong troubleshooting across AWS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Proven experience in high-severity, high-stakes incident environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills at technical and executive levels.
