Senior Engineer - Privileged Access Management Support

Overview

Senior Engineer focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM), delivering large and complex Identity and Access Management initiatives to improve security and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Support Privileged Access Management services including privileged account management.
• Ensure secure access to resources on premise and in the cloud, including credential and session management.
• Implement privileged access approaches such as zero standing privilege and just-in-time privilege access.
• Operate and support IAM/PAM product suites and tools for operational and strategic decisions.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance for PAM products.
• Rotate on-call for P1/P2 incidents and troubleshoot issues using telemetry and authentication logs.
• Create and maintain support documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6+ years combined IT and security work experience.
• 4+ years designing and deploying IAM solutions at enterprise level.
• Experience with IAM and PAM products such as BeyondTrust Password Safe and BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Demonstrated implementation of security control frameworks/standards including ISO 27001, ISO 17799, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and PCI.
• Certification in relevant information security areas such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools listed including Azure Entra and Active Directory, plus Linux and PowerShell scripts.
