Senior Engineer - Production

Overview

Senior Engineer - Production leads day-to-day production activities, supervises employees, and works to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and customer schedule targets.

What you'll do

• Achieve daily output targets for the assigned production line.
• Plan and supervise production employees.
• Maintain production quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Lead the production team and improve team performance.
• Implement 5S, SGA, QCC, and Kaizen activities.
• Plan materials and inventory to meet customer schedules.
• Promote energy conservation practices among employees.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of assembly manufacturing processes and process settings.
• Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with multiple customers, including major automotive OEMs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet customer schedules.
• Working knowledge of IATF quality management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM, TQM, and SAP PP.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Internal auditor experience related to ISO standards.
• Awareness of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 requirements.
