Overview
Lead industrial engineering initiatives across manufacturing product lines to improve productivity, process efficiency, quality, and throughput.
What you'll do
- Analyze manufacturing processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct motion studies, time studies, and work measurement.
- Lead process optimization, waste elimination, and cycle-time improvements.
- Perform capacity planning and line balancing.
- Design manufacturing layouts, workstations, and production lines.
- Support NPI with Design for Manufacturability expertise.
- Lead manufacturing automation, digitization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with motion studies, time studies, work measurement, and process analysis.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with capacity planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization.
- Experience using AutoCAD or similar layout design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in FDA-regulated or ISO 13485 manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of GMP and medical device manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Industry 4.0, smart factory, or digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Experience with Cobots, AGVs, AMRs, or Karakuri solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- ASQ CQE or similar certification.
