Senior Engineering Manager, Core AI Automation (Platform)

Overview

Lead the Core Automation engineering organization building Agentic AI systems for compliance and customer support. Set technical direction, grow engineering teams, and deliver reliable, auditable, compliant production AI systems.

What you'll do

• Build, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering organization.
• Coach managers and senior engineers on technical leadership and career development.
• Set the technical vision and roadmap for Agentic AI systems.
• Drive architecture and delivery of production LLM-based systems.
• Lead engineering initiatives across compliance automation domains.
• Establish engineering standards, code review practices, and AI adoption frameworks.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 2+ years managing managers and building teams from the ground up.
• Experience shipping LLM-based or Agentic AI applications to production.
• Fluency in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience in compliance, regulatory technology, customer support automation, or financial crimes.

• Remote in the USA.
• Quarterly in-person working sessions are expected.
• Annual base salary: $253,895–$298,700 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
