Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Sr ML Engineer)

Overview

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Sr ML Engineer) responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of an AI or automation solution, from discovery through production deployment and stabilization.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery by clarifying workflows, users, outcomes, acceptance criteria, and constraints.
• Translate complex problems into executable solution designs, delivery plans, and workstreams.
• Build, prototype, review, or contribute to production components (AI apps, RAG, bounded agents, automation, APIs/integrations).
• Define and maintain integrated architecture across applications, data/knowledge pipelines, retrieval, agents, and integrations.
• Orchestrate delivery across full-stack engineering, data science, ML, testing, platform, security, compliance, and operations.
• Establish testing, AI evaluation, and governance (functional, performance, security, data/model/retrieval/generation, and operational behavior).

What you'll need

• 8-13 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s required).
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL for production systems.
• Experience designing/reviewing production software, APIs, services, data flows, evaluation pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to produce technical designs, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness evidence while coordinating teams.
• Advanced capability in at least one pillar: Applied AI/ML, GenAI/RAG/agents, full-stack/integration engineering, or AI platform/MLOps.
• Demonstrated end-to-end technical ownership of a production AI/ML/software/data/automation solution with measurable enterprise impact.
