Overview
Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex platform features across frontend and backend. You’ll set technical direction for a squad, improve engineering quality, and help drive CI/CD maturity within an agile delivery cadence.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end feature design and delivery across Angular (frontend) and Python or Spring Boot (backend).
- Own technical solution design by authoring design documents, driving design reviews, and making architecture trade-off decisions.
- Identify and address systemic quality, performance, and reliability issues before they become incidents.
- Drive CI/CD maturity by improving build pipelines, deployment safety, and automated test coverage.
- Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into scoped stories.
- Mentor mid-level, junior engineers, and new joiners.
- Establish and advocate engineering best practices across the team and platform group.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) for frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java/Spring Boot for backend services.
- Proven track record designing and delivering production APIs and services at scale.
- Strong command of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Practical experience with caching strategies and tools (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
- Solid QA practices, including unit, integration, and E2E test strategy and implementation.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies to drive delivery with minimal mentorship.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or GenAI app development).
