Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Overview

Join the Early Bets team as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, building scalable 0-to-1 products and evolving user experiences across the frontend and backend.

What you'll do

• Partner with Product and Design to define and build full-stack user experiences.
• Own frontend and backend architecture for scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Build frontend systems with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Design backend services and APIs with Python and Django.
• Establish engineering standards, testing strategies, tooling, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives and provide technical direction.
• Mentor engineers and improve code quality and delivery practices.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of industry experience across frontend and backend development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Backend development experience with Python, Django, RESTful APIs, data modeling, and service architecture.
• Experience designing and operating scalable backend systems, including databases, caching, queuing, and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

• Remote role in the United States.
• Full-time position.
• Base salary: $195,821–$279,825 per year, plus equity and benefits.
