Senior Full Stack Engineer - Conversation Intelligence

Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer for Cresta’s QM & Coaching team, building and scaling a no-code platform for conversation intelligence in post-call intelligence products.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for Cresta’s no-code processing platform.
• Build UI components and visual editors to configure conversation logic and workflows.
• Architect and implement backend services and APIs for a dynamic no-code interface.
• Work with ML engineers to expose conversation intelligence in an accessible and configurable way.
• Develop data models and storage layers using Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Identify performance and scalability opportunities in frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure reliability, security, and maintainability across the full technology stack.

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with strong frontend and backend contributions to no-code or low-code platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and design patterns for complex UIs.
• Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong database systems and data modeling foundation, with hands-on experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch (plus).
• Experience building platforms/tools for non-technical users, especially in AI/ML, automation, or workflow spaces.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with managing state, execution logic, or visual programming paradigms (bonus).
