Senior FullStack Engineer - Grafana Cloud Observability| US | Remote

Overview

Senior FullStack Engineer for Grafana Cloud Observability, focused on building the tooling and infrastructure behind cloud integrations and observability apps.

What you'll do

• Ship features end to end from UI through backend services, dashboards, and alerts for each integration.
• Develop, maintain, and scale infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud.
• Move across the full stack (React panels, Go services, and Jsonnet mixins).
• Own projects from problem statement to production, including user discussions and validation.
• Write design proposals, run demos, and advocate for roadmap decisions in cross-team discussions.
• Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy.
• Join the on-call rotation for the services you own.

What you'll need

• Interest in full-stack work with a product-focused mindset.
• Experience across backend and frontend, with Go and TypeScript mentioned.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and LLM/coding agent tooling.
• Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem including Prometheus and Grafana dashboards/alerting.
• Strong written communication.
• Comfort being visible by raising concerns early and advocating for team work.
