Senior Game Producer

Overview

Senior Game Producer role for the WWE Champions team at Scopely in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Lead all aspects of production for a new product initiative and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own production management for the entire pod and drive team efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end tech production (planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting) and maintain documentation.
• Manage project schedules, task backlogs, and align deliverables with overarching goals.
• Translate product requirements into actionable production timelines with product and design teams.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to management.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of game production experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end game production or major features from ideation to delivery.
• Hands-on end-to-end scrum implementation experience.
• Strong backlog management, grooming, and sprint planning knowledge.
• Understanding of the game development lifecycle and cross-functional team processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
