Overview

Senior IAM Developer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise Identity Governance solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components.
• Build workflows, rules, forms, and approval processes.
• Configure lifecycle events.
• Develop provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
• Configure certifications and access requests.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations.
• Develop REST and SOAP integrations with Active Directory, SAP, in-house developed applications, Oracle, LDAP, databases and HR systems.
• Develop custom APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance.
• Support upgrades and migrations.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Follow secure coding standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• SailPoint skills: IdentityIQ Development, Workflows, Rules, Forms, Certifications, Lifecycle Manager, Role Management, Access Requests, Provisioning, Debugging, Connector Framework.
• Programming: Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON.
• Infrastructure: Tomcat, Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle Database, SQL Server, Linux.
• Development tools: Eclipse/IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Postman.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with excellent debugging and root cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to optimize complex SailPoint implementations.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to have

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional certification.
• Oracle Java Certification.
• ITIL Foundation.
