Senior Incident Response Analyst

Overview

Support Managed Detection and Response (MDR) customers and managed service providers (MSPs) within the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT). Lead the investigative execution of active cyber incidents while making quick context-based decisions to disrupt adversary activity.

What you'll do

• Lead the investigative execution of active cyber incidents.
• Work directly with customers and MSPs to investigate cyber incidents.
• Contain cyber incidents.
• Support remediation efforts.
• Utilize Sophos technologies to support organizations across multiple countries and levels of technical maturity.
• Make quick context-based decisions to disrupt adversary activity.
