Senior Infrastructure Engineer (macOS management - JAMF)

Overview

Senior Infrastructure Engineer focused on macOS management using JAMF and enterprise infrastructure support across cloud and on-prem.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Design, implement, and improve scalable infrastructure solutions for performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead and execute change management activities including deployments and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and vendors to address enterprise-wide challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

What you'll need

• Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex hybrid environments.
• Experience with enterprise device and endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid identity models.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-impact, enterprise-level incidents end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance requirements, and ITIL-based processes.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred.
