Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for independently owning critical machine learning subsystems in production. The role focuses on designing, shipping, and improving reliable ML systems for a proactive, long-horizon AI product.

What you'll do

• Build core machine learning systems for a proactive AI product.
• Own data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration end to end.
• Translate research ideas into reliable production systems.
• Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
• Measure outcomes and refine systems through rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentor and review the work of other ML engineers.

What you'll need

• Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
• Understanding of how modern ML models behave in production.
• Strong production-quality coding skills.
• Ability to think in systems rather than scripts.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
