Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer - Singapore

Overview

Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer providing customer-facing technical support for ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects in Singapore and across regional teams.

What you'll do

• Support users, customers, and prospects through cases, chat, Slack, community channels, and meetings.
• Develop ClickHouse Cloud and open-source solutions for documentation, blogs, webinars, training, and knowledge bases.
• Partner with Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management teams on user requirements.
• Assist with mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide first-line technical support, on-call coverage, and SLA-based responses.
• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.

What you'll need

• Technical depth in ClickHouse, SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, or distributed systems.
• Previous experience as a Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Availability for scheduling required to deliver global 24x7 support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable connectivity for fully remote work.
• Teamwork, empathy, self-direction, curiosity, and continuous-learning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse, open-source technologies, Azure, GCP, AWS, or data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
