Senior Manager : Business Intelligence & Reporting

Overview

Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting to lead service business intelligence in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of developers, analysts, and data architects.
• Perform complex business analysis and build analytics/automation for service strategy.
• Track fleet performance, work with forecasting models, and automate parts and maintenance planning.
• Deliver reports, analysis, and insights for senior-level reporting requirements.
• Maintain KPIs and develop/automate self-service reports and dashboards.
• Perform scenario analysis, performance modeling, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Improve data pipelines by solving challenging data and architectural problems with IT and Data Engineering.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years in business intelligence, operational analytics, or data analytics.
• Team leadership and analyst mentorship experience.
• Experience in business analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong SQL and Python knowledge.
• Good knowledge of statistics and identifying patterns and insights.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Amazon QuickSight.
