Senior Manager CFS Industrial Sales

Overview

Senior sales role focused on large Industrial projects, selling Fire Detection, Fire Protection, and Security systems (with Building Management Systems as an added advantage) to industrial customers and consultants in the western region of India.

What you'll do

• Sell solutions in the Industrial vertical, focusing on Industrial projects.
• Meet potential customers in the Industrial segment in the western region of India, including Oil and Gas, Power, Cement, Heavy Industries, Steel, and Automobile.
• Provide JCI solutions in Security, Fire Detection and Fire Protection systems to Industrial Consultants.
• Meet and interact with consultants such as Jacobs, Worley, Thyssenkrupp, Toyo, Tecnimont, TCE, and Aker Solutions.
• Work primarily on large projects in the Industrial segment.
• Be responsible for Presales and Sales, and handle techno-commercial negotiations.

What you'll need

• Graduate in engineering.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in Industrial sales (preferably).
• Proven track record of selling Fire Detection, Fire Protection, and Security systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Go-getter and self-motivated, able to close large deals independently.
• Good techno-commercial skills.
• Exposure to technical documentation and tender submission processes, especially for Industrial projects.
• Technically well versed in the above systems and able to understand engineering drawings.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of various Industrial Fire norms as well as NFPA guidelines (must).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fire Protection systems such as gas-based suppression systems, water mist, hydrants, foam, and CO2.
• Building Management Systems (BMS) experience (not mandatory).
