Senior Manager - Custom Analytics(FullStack)

Overview

Senior Manager - Custom Analytics (FullStack) to lead Custom Analytics engineering and change, shifting from low-code to scalable pro-code analytics applications.

What you'll do

• Develop reusable UI components using React + TypeScript + Ant Design.
• Build and maintain backend services using FastAPI (Python).
• Implement RESTful APIs following defined standards and guidelines.
• Perform data transformation, aggregation, and integration for analytics use cases.
• Ensure code quality via testing, validation, and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate on Docker and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
• Use approved AI coding assistants with human oversight across the SDLC.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with React (v18+) and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks).
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT Enterprise).
• Experience moving teams from low-code/no-code to pro-code through coaching and change management.

• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nādu, India.
• In-person working: on average, minimum of three days per week from the office.
