Senior Manager, Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning

Overview

Senior Manager responsible for designing and deploying predictive statistical and machine learning models to support credit risk, collections, and operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and deployment of predictive models across credit risk, collections, and operations.
• Integrate advanced ML techniques such as ensemble models, deep learning, and NLP.
• Mentor and support junior and peer-level data scientists.
• Drive adoption of modern data science tools and platforms.
• Present insights to senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation with emerging techniques including causal inference and GenAI.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in predictive modeling and analytics.
• 6+ years of experience applying ML in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, plus statistical tools (R or SAS).
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

• Work from home; occasional planned travel to Southfield, Michigan office may be required.
